Frank's clinic

I don't always know the extent of the good work that Frank does at his job, but last week I got a little taste. He planned and implemented a clinic for youth coaches that featured NFL caliber speakers and drew over 130 youth coaches. The clinic taught these coaches some of the fundamental skills and ideas that will not only teach kids about football, but will more importantly teach them about being quality people. Although a great deal of Frank's work took place before the event, here are some images from the day...

Kristin and Hannah talked me into a quick trip to Sheboygan late last night. Frank kindly took Ben and off we went. We had some great discussion on the way...something about riding in a dark car...

Of course, we HAD to do some shopping and eating on the way home, but we made it safe and sound...what a whirlwind life is with teenage girls!

Table Bluff

After the hectic week of spring break for the kids, it was great to get out for a long walk today. One of my new favorite hikes is table bluff, a beautiful walk through the woods that ends at the bluff with these gorgeous views. We sure live in a beautiful state!

Kristin's turns 17!

Kristin turned 17 this week and she took me shopping for her special day. Here we are after eating at Moosejaw pizza.

Easter weekend

It was a very rich Holy week for me this year, filled with meaningful services at church on Maundy Thursday, Good Friday and Easter Sunday. Add to that the blessing of family to share it with, and it was extra good!
